Our Story
wabi lab was founded by Anna Korosadowicz, a leadership coach, consultant, and former tech leader (QA, Product, Localization, Technical Project Management, Agile Coach) with 17 years of international experience. Anna has worked with brands like Apple, Nokia, Kayak, momondo, and Labster, creating digital products, leading multicultural teams, driving transformation, and building people-centered workplaces across Finland, Ireland, and Denmark.
Her journey through high-pressure corporate, scale-up and startup tech environments gave her firsthand insight into the costs of pursuing performance without balance. Burnout, stress, and the challenges of sustaining wellbeing became personal teachers, shaping her understanding of what it truly takes to lead with clarity and humanity.
The philosophy of wabi (侘)—finding richness in simplicity, strength in imperfection, and calm when plans shift—resonated deeply with Anna’s experiences. She recognized that sustainable leadership isn’t about perfection or control, but about presence, authenticity, and resilience.
wabi lab was born from this vision. Here, leadership development, coaching, and organizational growth are guided by the principles of wabi: embracing imperfection, welcoming change, and creating resilient, human-centered workplaces.
