About Anna

wabi lab was founded by Anna Korosadowicz, a leadership consultant, certified coach and former tech leader with 17 years of international experience at Apple, KAYAK, momondo, Nokia and Labster.

I spent nearly two decades inside high pressure tech organizations, leading multicultural teams, driving transformation and building products across Finland, Ireland and Denmark. I know these environments from the inside. The impossible standards. The performance at any cost. The slow disappearance of the person underneath the role.

My own experience of burnout and identity loss became the foundation of everything wabi lab does today.

Over years of coaching leaders, building happy high performing teams in dynamically scaling corporate departments, scale-ups and startups, listening deeply to her clients’ stories, and supporting them through challenges and transformations, I have developed a method grounded in the concept of wabi 侘.

In Japanese wabi represents the mindset of finding richness in simplicity, strength in imperfection, and calm when plans shift.

It is a way of seeing beauty not in what is flawless, but in what is real, lived, and human.

Born from a word that historically meant loneliness and lack, wabi evolved into an invitation to discover serenity in the unexpected, to meet challenges with presence, and to uncover abundance in what we already have.

At wabi lab, we carry this spirit into leadership development and growth: embracing imperfection, welcoming change, and shaping resilience through authenticity. These are the values shaping The WABI Method™.

wabi lab is a safe space to feel, reflect, experiment and choose solutions that are uniquely aligned with you.

Your path to resilient leadership, impact and calm starts here.

At wabi lab, every service is built on the four WABI pillars, represented as balancing stones. Each stone is distinct, imperfect, and essential - together forming a structure that is strong yet fluid, grounded yet adaptable.

Like stones placed with care, the WABI pillars offer stability while leaving space for movement and growth. They invite leaders and teams to experiment safely, embrace imperfection, and discover resilience not through rigid control, but through discovery of what’s in the way and through balance and alignment with their values and strengths.

This approach helps create a way of leading and living where performance and wellbeing can coexist, where leadership feels human, and where growth is shaped by authenticity.
